At St Peter’s, we believe that every child is unique, valued and able to shine. We celebrate difference, listen to every child’s voice and make sure that all children are included in the life of our school, both in the classroom and beyond. We believe that inclusion means giving every child the support, opportunities and confidence they need to shine in their own way.
Special Educational Needs
At St Peter’s, we believe that every child with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities is unique, valued and able to shine. Guided by our vision and values, we work closely with children and families to understand individual needs and remove barriers to learning and participation. We provide the right support, adaptations and opportunities so that children with SEND can be fully included in every aspect of school life, develop their strengths and achieve their potential. We celebrate what every child can do and help them to grow in confidence, independence and belief in themselves.
Our SEN policy and documentation will give you all the information you need to know if you think your child might need some extra support or help to navigate their way through school and be the best they can be.
If you would like to talk to someone about any need your child may have, please speak to Mr Harding (Headteacher) or our SENDCO (Special Needs Coordinator)
